Résumé : For many labor specialists, the movement towards individualizing organizations and labor relations has today become almost commonplace. And for
good reason. In characterizing contemporary post-Taylorism, in the case of France many studies have highlighted the importance of subjective mobilization strategies, axiological recruitment, competition for earning wage bonuses and promotions. At the same time, in a period particularly marked by work intensification, we observe, paradoxically, that peer support, opportunities for cooperation, and collective discussions have also increased.
